Some tools I use and some I don’t. Even if you outsource all of your design, it’s helpful at times to be able to tweak CSS, view cookies, etc. These tools make it easy

@andrew: And how well does that work for pages that scroll off the screen, like this page right here? It doesn’t work at all. Without a tool like Screengrab you can only take a screenshot of the currently visibly portion of the page. From the article, since you missed it:

Screengrab will save the visible area or the complete page as a file on your desktop.

meaning everything from header to footer, no matter how long the page is.
